Contract: Immediate - Year End Work days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday Salary: Basic $2,650 and allowance $350

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to incoming hotline calls from customers
- Conduct phone interviews and manage respondents' queries
- Ensure highest level of customer experience
- Data entry and administrative work
- Status update report to supervisor
- Handle escalated cases and follow up with respective respondents until resolved
