The Survey Designer will be responsible for creating and designing surveys to collect data and feedback from various target audiences. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective survey questions, layouts, and formats to ensure accurate and valuable results. The Survey Designer must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Understand the questionnaire flow to come up with a suitable user interface and validation criteria.
- Create surveys in system by building questions, branching and error prompts.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Perform user acceptance testing, debugging of system issues and follow up with users on deployment/system issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the survey.
- Document information from surveys creation to allow others to replicate the steps.
- Independent in handling surveys end-to-end; including dealing with issues arising from survey system.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
- Experience in UI/UX
- Analytical and logical thinking
