We are currently working with an established engineering MNC client; who are actively looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager with regional Compensation & Benefits work experience to join them.
**Compensation & Benefits Manager**
This role reports to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead global projects in the areas of rewards, compensation & benefits, the optimization and redesign of policies and processes
- Develop and implement our initiatives in line with our company values, strategy and the new market trends, in order to raise internal retention and attractiveness for new talents driven by to a competitive and innovative salary system
- Partner closely with the business and Regional HRBP to provide regular consultation on rewards-related topics to ensure global consistency and adherence to established procedures
- Conduct analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's rewards programs, including benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other rewards programs
- Provide support as required to ensure smooth implementation and execution of the complete annual cycle of performance management, remuneration review and benchmarking exercises
- Monitor, analyze and communicate HR Data with HR systems, proactively recommend enhancements which are consistent with best practice trends and business objectives
- Build and develop education and communication strategies with appropriate stakeholders to increase employee engagement
**Requirements**:
- University degree with 8 years’ of experience in leading complex international compensation & benefits projects in industry environment and in management consulting
- Proven track record of leading projects in the field of reward management, benchmarks, job design, job grading, job classification, performance management, etc
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and proactively
- A good team player and you are able to think out of your own HR domains as sparring partner for you HR colleagues
- Strong written and oral communication and interaction skills are required
