**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate business in strategic planning, annual target setting and budgeting, monthly forecasting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Provide timely and accurate financial performance reports and in-depth financial analysis with insights into the performance of the GWB business and products.
- Business planning, financial strategy and balance sheet management.
- Support enterprise-wide, business-specific as well as finance-related initiatives including new products.

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized university degree in Finance/Business or its equivalent. Accounting background preferred.
- At least 12-15 years of relevant working experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in Financial Institutions sector
- Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problems
- A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in team
- Able to present recommendations with clarity and conviction to meet business goals.
- Driven and energetic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of organization
- Understanding of funds transfer-pricing (FTP), capital (RWA) and balance sheet management knowledge (NSFR, LCR) will be an advantage
