
Key Account Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Developing strategic account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
- Leading sales efforts with key clients, including presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the business challenges and goals of key clients
- Coordinating with internal teams such as product solution, product development, and sales support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key clients
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within existing key accounts
- Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship
- Achieving sales targets and revenue growth for assigned key accounts
- Monitoring account performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
- Leading negotiations and contract renewals with key clients
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, clients feedback, and market insights to management
- Continuously seeking ways to enhance client relationship and improve sales processes
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field is often required
- Experience in managing key accounts will be advantageous
- Proficient in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
