- ** Parking.sg** - A mobile app alternative to parking coupons. It lets users pay, extend, and refund their parking sessions just using their phones.
- ** FormSG** - A form builder tool for agencies to self-service and create online forms that capture classified data, with the goal of replacing paper forms.
- ** Vaccine.gov.sg****:
- The Covid-19 vaccine registration and national appointment system was developed to help people register for the vaccine in order of priority, and help manage supply and demand of vaccines to increase the rate at which Singapore’s population is vaccinated against Covid-19.
- ** Data.gov.sg** - An open repository of all the Singapore Government's public data. It helps people understand the data using visualisations and articles, and provides real-time APIs for developers to use.
- ** Isomer** - Isomer provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.
- ** RedeemSG** - RedeemSG helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.
- ** PaySG** - PaySG was developed to enable digital payments for government services, and was initially used for payments for COVID-19 swab tests and Stay-Home Notices for incoming travellers to Singapore.
**What does an Corporate Ops (Finance) Officer do?**:
As an Corporate Ops (Finance) Officer, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of OGP finance alongside accompanying corporate ops processes. This entails covering key finance ops workflows such as procurement, reconciliation, budgeting, payments, approvals, legal and audit. You will work with both internal stakeholders and other government stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery of financial operations.
Concretely, this means that you will:
- Manage baseline procurement, financial record-keeping and asset management processes with mínimal supervision.
- Work with internal stakeholders, legal, procurement and finance team to ensure proper filing and tracking of legal and financial documents, records and other administrative matters.
- Work closely with the Finance manager on high-value purchases, budgeting, tracking and reporting.
- Execute projects to continually improve finance processes and platforms.

- Have experience in Procurement, Finance, or related fields. Experience working in a tech organisation and/or government is a plus.
- Are well-organised with a keen attention to detail - You’d need to follow through plans to implement in detail, and would also need to be comfortable with handling budget and procurement data and processes
- Are innovative problem-solvers - You need to critically evaluate the ways in which the team can be run more optimally, and be able to think out-of-the-box when coming up with solutions.
- Take initiative to make things happen - Our job is to push for change in government, so we need to challenge the status quo and not wait for instruction.
- Have solid communication skills - You need to be able to write clearly and concisely, and have good emotional intelligence to know how to build trust and get people working together
