**About the Role**

This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in the fast-growing WealthTech industry. You will be trained to become the engine of our corporate client services, mastering the critical operational processes that our business is built on.

This is a hands-on role where your diligence and precision will be the foundation of our success. We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and highly detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn a business from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Core Operations Management (Approx. 80%)**:

- Execute the end-to-end monthly operational cycle for our corporate clients, including processing new employee onboarding, monthly contributions, and offboarding requests.
- Perform daily and monthly data reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy across all accounts.
- Maintain and improve process checklists and documentation to ensure operational integrity.
- Assist in preparing operational reports for internal and client use.

**Operations-Driven Client Communication (Approx. 20%)**:

- Serve as a point of contact for specific, operations-related queries from our corporate clients (e.g., status of a transaction, data clarification).
- Assist employees of our client companies with their operational questions regarding the platform.

- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and take ownership.
- Highly organized and able to manage time-sensitive tasks reliably.
- Strong numerical skills and comfort working with data in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
- Based in Singapore.
