**You will be responsible for**:

- Receptionist duties: - Calls and mails handling, welcoming guests, registration and guidance of visitors, courier handling.
- Provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments.
- Responsible for the upkeeping of meeting rooms, reception and pantry area.
- Responsible for the inventory of office and pantry supplies, conduct proper the registration and filing of receipt and inventory distribution.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- No experience are welcome, on-job-training will be provided.
- Min Secondary education.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Responsible and quick learner.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
