**The Team You’ll Work With**
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Human Resources and Admin Assistant based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for providing human resources and operations support for the company.
**Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**
- Handle full spectrum of HR administration processes, providing HR admin support
and assistance to the HR & Ops Manager
- Perform all general office and administrative duties (i.e. office supplies, office
maintenance, office equipment, office cleanliness, courier, season parking, etc)
- Maintains and updates telephone directory and employee contact list
- Track, replace and order office supplies as necessary
- Ordering of business cards
- To be involved in office relocation projects and office refurbishments and
renovation
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and
invoices
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
- Provide administrative support to management and/or HODs
- Provide calendar management and meeting coordination for management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for Malaysia, India and Indo
teams
- Prepare all HR-related letters/correspondences including employment letters,
confirmation letters and other relevant correspondences
- Facilitate on-boarding process (procurement of laptops, preparation of access
cards and merchandise)
- Organise employee engagement activities and special events
- Any other ad hoc duties as delegated
**About You**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proactive and resourceful team player
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff of all levels
- Well versed with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Proven excellence as an admin assistant, hr administrator or in another relevant position
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
