Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager of REACH Community Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Manage Compensation and Benefits including payroll processing
- Drive employee events and engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programmes.
- Administer staff benefits such as leave & claims management and group insurance processes.
- Maintain employee files in the HR System, ensuring updated staff information and record.
- Prepare and submit government statistical reports, statutory surveys, HR schedules and management reports.
- Administer HR & Corporate Operation Administration including maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Minimum a Diploma in HR Management. Fresh Degree graduate will be considered.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist.
- Good knowledge of statutory labour requirements and Employment Act.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player who is able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Meticulous, well organised and with the ability to multi-task.
