In this role, the individual oversees the Automation, Fire, Security, eMobility, IoT, and Digital portfolio in a specific region, collaborating with headquarters to align services with Siemens SI RSS strategy. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap, delivering key services, and defining customer-facing products. The focus is on creating a cohesive portfolio structure, spanning from Digitally Enhanced Maintenance to Data-Driven Services, to ensure customer value. Business Development activities prioritize market relevance, customer-centric approaches, and local sales enablement. The primary objective is to ensure Siemens' building services portfolio delivers optimal value, remains future-ready, meets market demand, and empowers countries to achieve successful business outcomes.
**You’ll make a difference by**:
- Defining the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Developing a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic digital services within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Providing Portfolio Essentials: Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver essential portfolio components, including value proposition, sales story, calculations, SLAs, T&Cs, and marketing materials.
- Defining Go-to-Market Approach: Defining the local go-to-market approach and empower the local sales organization through training, workshops, and support activities.
- Supporting Business Opportunities: Assisting local sales teams in identifying and developing business opportunities, driving successful growth in the digital service market.
- Managing Rollout of Building Services: Overseeing the rollout of building services, coordinating stakeholders and local activities in the countries, spanning Automation, Fire, Security, eMobility, IoT, and Digital.
- Building Collaborative Relationships: Establishing strong and collaborative relationships with Business Engagement Managers, business stakeholders, and internal/external colleagues to ensure a deep understanding of diverse perspectives and requirements, fostering trust.

- Having a relevant Educational Background: Possessing a strong bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science or holds a relevant professional certification, showcasing domain knowledge.
- Having customer Service and Digitalization Experience: Bringing significant experience in Customer Service business, adept at adapting to changing needs through digitalization and implementing remote and data-driven services.
- Having background in business development and modeling: Exhibiting strong knowledge and experience in business development and modeling, showcasing a strategic approach.
