Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead and oversee all technology operations across the APAC region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives, managing regional IT teams, and ensuring robust technology infrastructure to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the IT strategy for the APAC region in alignment with global objectives.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure technology supports business scalability.

  • Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional IT teams across multiple countries.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Infrastructure & Operations

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.

  • Implement best practices for IT governance, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

  • Project Management

  • Lead regional IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migration, and ERP implementations.

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business leaders to understand technology needs and provide innovative solutions.

  • Act as the primary IT contact for APAC leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Proven track record in managing regional IT teams and delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in property, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia
