Our client is a Business consulting firm specialized in sectors driven by innovation, namely Healthcare & Life Sciences. We have been retained to seek their next Head of APAC Business Unit, based in Singapore.

The main objective of the role is to develop our Clients business in APAC and we are looking for a solid Manager with a true "hunter" spirit.

**Your role will be**:

- Set up and execute a business & marketing plan to approach new prospects and to manage and develop their current clients who are APAC key decision makers in healthcare and life sciences (Industrial leaders, Start-ups and SMEs, Private Equity players and Public institutions).
- Manage, and grow Singapore team made of a project manager, a business developer and consultants
- Supervise overall activity (projects, client relationships, budget, strategy)
- Ensure the satisfaction of their clients to facilitate long-term relationships and the success of the Company in the APAC market
- Ensure the performance and profitability of the office

**Profile**:

- You hold a Master’s degree, MBA or PhD in business, engineering or sciences.
- You have a minimum 8-10 years of experience in business consulting or industrial services, ideally combined with a good knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- You see yourself as a true explorer, an entrepreneur, you are driven by the field and you want to participate to the exciting challenge of developing the Company in the APAC zone.
- You are a dynamic, positive leader with qualities as a manager and as a business developer.
- You are fluent in English, ideally combined with mastering an Asian language.
