- 8-20 years’ experience
- Must be worked in a Local bank IT Team or in any service organization who provides Financial IT service consulting’s.
- Heading the IT Microservice development Team
- Being a thought leader and strong technical leader to lead the entire Digital technology team.
- Participate in IT Arch forum and ensure the Enterprise Architecture practice and reviews with in the bank.
- Working closely with other IT Backend leads such as Open API, and Middleware teams.
- Understand the end-to-end process of Retail banking Architecture, System of records and integrate those with respective retail channels.
- Review business requirements/ process and translate that into viable implementation architecture
- Proven experience in banking systems architecture, design and development
- Must have experience around different retail banking products development and architecture knowledge
- Must have knowledge around Digital transformation and mobile retail banking architecture
- Exposure to how deposit, payment and unsecure loan will be created, approved, dispersed, collected etc
- Retail Banking Knowledge be must and preferred with mobile app development experience.
- Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
- Design, develop, deploy and manage the Digital Open Api using Google Apigee, AWS Microservices and integrate with WS02 data services.
- Work in an Agile scrum development team environment and being the thought leader.
- Implement DevSecOps and own the high performance delivery culture with high quality.
- Own the digital technical delivery and keep the high level of digital technical innovation with in tonik.
