Compliance Manager, Fintec Brokerage

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compliance updates/advice to the business related to securities trading/brokerage/fund management businesses
- Perform KYC/AML and monitor client accounts, assist in client onboarding
- Work closely with the senior management to liaise with regulators to ensure the regulatory requirements are aligned and properly enforced
- Review and update the firm’s compliance framework to ensure overall compliance of the business in adherence to firm and regulator’s policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of the latest development in compliance and regulatory requirements

**Key requirements**
- At least 4 years of compliance experience in Brokerage / Securities Trading / Fintec / fund management industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or other discipline
- Strong industry knowledge in compliance and regulatory requirements
- Good communication skills, detailed-oriented, motivated
- Possess an aptitude of risks and controls
