Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project in the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, facilitate, coordinate, and conduct company training programmes (e.g., self-source courses & in-house training programmes)
- Perform training administrative duties for the creation of learning account for new staff.
- Monitor completion rates of e-learning from the staff
- Handle invoice processing, including verify invoices and communicate with the training provider to address issues related to the invoice
- Prepare and consolidate learning reports for review and submission
- Review and suggest improvements to the current reporting SOP to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or GCE A Level with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Vlookup, Pivot Table, or Canva would be an advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 15 months

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
