**The Job Role**
- Diagnose, scope, propose, co-create solutions, and complete project work with clients in areas of talent attraction, performance, engagement, development and growth.
- Review, redesign and operationalise job roles.
- Liaise with government agencies on project grant matters.
- Provide team support in developing domain expertise and consultancy projects.

**Job Specification**
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Human Capital Consulting preferred.
- Experience in HRBP / consultancy support to senior management.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Enjoys working in client-based team project-driven environment.

**Other Information**:

- Location: Central area
- Working Hours: 5 day work-week
- Career Level: Senior Executive
- Qualification: Diploma or higher
- Years of Experience: at least 3 years
- Job Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
