**Responsibilities**:
Build meaningful relationships with potential customers

Uncover customers' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations

Close sales and earn a competitive salary and commission

Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and support

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with others

A drive to succeed and hit sales targets

Insurance experience is a must

Compensation

Basic Salary with CPF- contribution with high Sales Incentives Scheme.

Typical take home for first year $80-100k range

second year seniors: $120-150k

third year premiers: $180-250k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
