**What You’ll Do**

**Sales and Marketing**
- Build meaningful relationships with educators, HR leaders, and decision-makers in schools, ministries, statutory boards, and beyond.
- Conduct engaging presentations to showcase our diverse range of programmes.
- Develop and execute strategies to win new clients and nurture existing partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Work towards achieving and surpassing annual sales targets with enthusiasm and creativity.

**Project Management**
- Lead the seamless planning and execution of training programmes and events.
- Coordinate with programme directors, trainers, and clients to ensure top-notch delivery.
- Provide post-programme reviews to maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

- Sales or Training Related: 2 years (required)
