**Admin & Accounts Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Admin & Basic Accounting Duties
- Reconcile all receipts (Credit Cards, Nets, Cash, Vouchers etc)
- Attending to issues from suppliers.
- Basic HR (assist in recruitment duties)
- Responsible for all general administrative duties
- Ensure proper filing system is maintained
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Preferably with good intermediate Excel skills)
- Able to work independently and under mínimal supervision
- Able to handle confidential information in discreet manner
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, meticulous and hardworking with good working attitude.
- Those with prior experience in F&B will be an advantage
- Singaporeans
- Location: Located at 8 Cross Street (right above Telok Ayer MRT station)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts: 1 year (preferred)
- F&B: 1 year (preferred)
