**General Description**

The main responsibility of a HR Operations Lead/Business Partner is to oversee and manage all HR operations in ADERA AI and DataPost, providing support to the General Manager of DataPost and Chief Executive Officer of the SDH Group. This position will report to the Head of HR.

He/she will be primarily responsible for:

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans to ensure alignment of short-term and long-term key objectives of DataPost-SDH
- Consulting with management and provide appropriate HR guidance
- Coach leaders and counsel on disciplinary actions
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Providing HR policy guidance
- Ensuring on-time hiring and work with TA on the recruitment process of all open positions
- Work with GM on all HR-related budgets and resources

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactive relationship management and providing HR advisory and support in all aspects of the assigned business functions, including performance management, talent and succession management, etc.
- Work with GM and HODs on Manpower Planning, internship planning.
- Address Recruitment priorities working with Talent Acquisition on hirings and JDs.
- Updating and implementing SDH - DataPost’s HR policies, and guide staff and management.
- Setting objectives and goals in alignment with HR OKRs and initiatives.
- Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance, attrition, leave outstanding, etc.
- CSR activities for the Company (Autism Resources Center)
- Renewal of Group Medical Insurance
- Annual Budget: to assist in preparing annual budget and reforecast for staff cost and headcount planning.
- Identify training needs for DataPost and ADERA AI.
- Involve and assist in the benefits review exercise.
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Prior experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partner or a similar role
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical, goal-oriented and excellent decision making
- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems
- Good knowledge of Singapore Labor Legislation
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

**Qualifications**
- Preferably Diploma/Degree/Master in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading a team
