Singapore AMPLIFY HEALTH ASIA PTE. LIMITED Full time

A pivotal leadership position that is accountable for developing, market-testing and driving execution of Amplify Health (AH)’ s commercial strategy for captive and non-captive clients.

A strategic thinker with vision and ambition and a commercial lens on health care and health insurance, who will enable the targeting of new customer value and shared value pools throughout the health insurance ecosystem to drive sustainable revenue growth & profitability of the AH business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Accountable for developing the AH commercial strategy for both captive and non captive clients, to identify, target and grow pools of shared value throughout the health care and financing ecosystem, aligned with AH strategic & commercial objectives.
- Working closely with AH Propositions and AH Finance, develop product positioning, pricing strategies and frameworks that meet AH commercial objectives.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities for AH to grow revenue and expand footprint across markets and customer verticals in line with the AH ambition
- Drive business planning for AH and develop delivery roadmaps to ensure key enablers are identified and sourced to support AH’s commercial ambition.

**Other responsibilities**
- Oversees and evaluates market research, monitors the competitive landscape and provides benchmarking for the AH Propositions team
- Builds and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, representing AH at relevant industry events.

**_What you need to be successful _**
- Graduate Degree from reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within insurance with significant exposure to health, digital engagement, technology solutions, organisational transformation projects
- Experience in a senior consulting and business development role, sourcing, leading and managing complex / highly technical projects / initiatives, in healthcare / health insurance.
- Experienced in complex stakeholder management, creative and resourceful and skilled in building relationships at multiple levels
- Strong work ethic, ideally from a consulting background with a demonstrable track record of value-added delivery and revenue generation
- Sophisticated written, visual and verbal communication skills, for internal and external delivery
- High degree of personal maturity and a natural capacity to self-reflect, learn, and develop
- Lateral thinker, able to develop and substantiate commercial strategies for revenue and growth to leverage available opportunities as well as strategically build new value pools
- Ability to handle change and navigate ambiguity
- Alignment with core values and vision of AH
- Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environment managing potentially different expectations and needs, and operate across differing business and country cultures
- Ability to create impact without any direct reporting lines
- Ability to prioritize across multiple opportunities
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Any Asian language would be an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, open-minded and fast to learn
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
