**Position Purpose**
Responsible for strategy development and execution of short/long term strategic plans. Leads and drives strategic discussions with APLT and formulate strategies, action plan and tracking mechanisms. kick-starts various growth projects critical to the strategic plans to help achieve our growth aspirations. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals in other functions/ departments in each project.

**Key Responsibility Areas**

Leading Commercial Strategy to Execution
- Develop commercial strategy integrating Portfolio, PCC, and Priority Customers/Professional closely working with respective regional & local team
- Lead to operationalize commercial strategies to be executed, ensuring focus on key strategic priorities and growth drivers while simultaneously working to evolve the meeting cadence and structure to drive overall efficiencies.
- Provide oversight to and manage projects related to key strategic priorities - take ownership over key projects in support of the strategic priorities to drive critical business results and outcomes. Bring together broad groups of stakeholders across the organization to execute and support these projects
- Facilitate the flow of communications with BUDs/GMs, Franchise Teams, Supply Chain, functional leadership team members and other critical stakeholders

Leading go-to-market model innovation & growth agenda
- Lead to define and co-create go-to-market model & growth agenda in close collaboration with key markets
- Facilitate regional support needed for growth agenda in the space of portfolio, IT, financials, Supply Chain, etc
- Support on customer-facing activation and partnership development related to growth agenda
- Partner on Business Development opportunities in close collaboration with related stakeholders

Leading Revenue Growth Management and pricing strategy for APAC region
- Lead development & implementation of APAC RGM initiative and scorecard to ensure the leadership team is driving towards shared ownership of aligned key performance metrics.
- Lead development & implementation of APAC pricing strategy/ framework and enhance visibility of its execution & performance across markets

- Interactions with strategic partners as well as priority customers
- Leveraging external capabilities in partnership with vendors

**Qualifications**
Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Master's Degree or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 12+ years of progressive professional work experience in commercial management including marketing, commercial operation and sales.
- Proven track record to devise strategy, translate into action plans and provide leadership to execute the plans; Makes decisions and recommendations that are clearly linked to the organization's aspirations and financial goals and drives performance improvement.
- Strong customer and marketplace focus, negotiation and influencing skills, project management, and time management skills are required.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and has strong problem-solving skills. Good follow through and see the projects to completion. Able to manage ambiguity and operate well in such environment
- Strong relationship builder and influencing skills at all levels of the organization; Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and influence adoption of new thinking
