**THE ROLE**

The role of the **Personal Assistant **is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentation slides.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Facilitate the organization of events, arranging venues, catering and managing guest lists.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the CEO.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting C-suite or Senior Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently.
- High degree of professionalism, maturity, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work outside regular office hours when needed.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
