We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our bridal shop team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking skills, and enjoys working in a creative, customer-focused industry.

As the CEO's Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting business management, and assisting in the execution of projects and events.

Commitment : 3–4 days per week

Position : Part-Time

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)

  • Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO.
  • Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings, especially arrange for the monthly meetings of TOT Directors/owners)
  • Assist in handling correspondence, emails, messages and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (bisiness owners, business partners, bridal assistant, makeup artists, photographers, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support in planning and execution of bridal events, promotions, and client appointments.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and basic reporting for management use.
  • Handle errands, ad hoc tasks, and special assignments from the CEO.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google drive ,Workspace.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn ( fresh Graduate)
  • Passion or interest in the bridal / fashion / creative industry is a plus.
