**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow
- Responsible for planning and scheduling materials and resources to meet the delivery requirement.
- Work with production team on cycle time reduction and yield improvements program.
- Plan and monitor construction workers' daily schedule and driver's movement
- Work closely with site personnel
- Ensure lorry drivers' have meet the timelines given.
- Address and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics system.
- Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
- Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for construction projects
- Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
- Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
- Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
- Provide administrative support to the office.
**Job Requirements:
- **
- Min.2 year(s) of procurement experience preferred.
- Proactive, positive and responsible individual.
- Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency.
- Woodlands area
- Working Hours: (Probation)5.5days, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm
