Purchasing / Admin Support for Project / Rental & Service Department

Ensure competent execution of regular purchasing duties and administrative work

Monitor and communicate with suppliers on the delivery of goods to ensure prompt delivery

Liaise with the relevant department and/or external parties on procurement documentation issues

Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management and continuous improvement for the company

Maintain and update purchasing records and pricing for all items purchased in the system

Managing Logistics and training of staff assigned for project / offsite works

Other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:
Diploma / Equivalent

Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in Marine Supply/ Logistics /Engineering company

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Knowledge / Experience in SAP Business One / any ERP System would be an added advantage

Good communication, coordination skill & positive working attitude

Working Hours

9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday

9am to 1pm - Alternate Saturdays
