Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Our Client is a leading construction and engineering company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Admin cum Purchasing Executive to join their team. This is a key support role based at our head office, with opportunities to contribute across both admin and purchasing functions in a dynamic project-based environment.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, handling mail/courier dispatches, receiving guests, and coordinating office supplies (stationery, pantry, uniforms, etc.)
Maintain overall office cleanliness and ensure smooth operation of office equipment (photocopiers, broadband, telephone system, computers, etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff.
Liaise with IT support providers to resolve user-related technical issues.
Provide remote admin support to various site offices across Singapore.
Purchasing Functions
Review and verify supplier quotations before endorsement in the system.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and send them to vendors.
Check supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness before submitting for
