We are a growing construction company seeking a dedicated and resourceful Admin cum Purchaser to support our project and operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Work closely with the Project Team to support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks.
- Source for materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Assist in any other administrative or purchasing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organised with a positive working attitude
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Other Information:
- 5.5 working days per week
