**Responsibilities**:

- RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily reception duties, walk-ins and phone call inquiries
- Arranging of couriers, mailers and driver's schedule
- Assist with ordering of office supplies and stationeries
- Uniform inventory management
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Handle any general correspondence, sourcing, quotation, purchasing and other administrative work
- Assist to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to desktops, laptops, software, printers, etc.
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as and when assigned

**Requirements**:
- Min O / A level / Diploma holder with min 3 yrs exp
- IT savvy and knowledge in server and network maintenance is preferably required
- Passionate about customers and possess excellent service attitude
- Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player with strong sense of urgency
