The Purchasing Admin, shall assist the procurement manager in the daily operational function.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Process and verify invoices
- Update inventory system upon new stock arrival
- Generate reports, as required
- Perform any other ah-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level & Equivalent Certificate
- At least one year of similar or related experience in food industry
- Experience in food industry will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of Gourmet Food is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Chinese will be advantageousurchasing Admin, shall assist the procurement manager in the daily operational function.
