ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

**Sales Strategy and Target Achievement**: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned area. Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential risks. Provide guidance and support to ensure the agent meets sales objectives.

**Retail Excellence**: Plan and review POSM forecast to support sales and ensue timely order and delivery in operation level Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to BA productivity
Propose and control BA incentives budget Partner with training team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques and deployment in the market. Conduct store audits to ensure retail excellence including brand and product compliance, visual merchandising standards, and BA grooming.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, inventory and market analysis to provide insights to senior management. Provide feedback and insights to regarding product performance, customer preferences, market trends and competitor activities. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments.

**Trade Promotion Planning**: Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop joint promotional activities and events calendar.
