**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and occasion.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Assist customers with jewelry fittings, adjustments, and after-sales services as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling jewelry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to product presentation.
- Able to speak well in English and Chinese

**Salary**: $2,288.35 - $7,940.55 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
