
Ga/bank Secretary Admin Officer

**[Roles and Responsibilities]**
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the bank
- Coordinate and manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs
- Plan and execute Bank events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage the company's travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and logistics
- Assist the HR Manager with all aspects of HRM, including hiring, payroll, leave, etc.
- Proceed with the general ledger process for office expense
- Research, prepare, and handle confidential-related matters.
- Maintain an efficient filing system of internal, external, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate and arrange work in relation to office
**[Requirements]**
- A diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, or related would be a priority
- Min. 1 year of working experience in GA Admin/Secretary functions would be a priority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented and able to work well with different stakeholders
- Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
- Possess a good working attitude and responsibility
