- Source, negotiate, and sign partnership with the regional or global top-tier partners in your categories
- Propose deal terms in accelerating close won rate while maintaining margin
- Manage the sales pipeline carefully to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system
- Constantly build relationships with important networks through leveraging existing networks and attending industry events to secure the 1st meeting with the key decision-makers
- Continuously refreshing sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming players
- Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer success and local teams including local bd, am and marketing.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+/8+ years experience in sales, partnership or business development role, B2B or payment sales and internet or fintech company experience are both plus (Team management experience is a must for Lead role)
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier accounts and exceeding sales target
- Success in selling to, working with and building relationship with c-level decision-makers in global top-tier retailers, fortune 500 companies and business owners. Existing network in retail, e-commerce or relevant category top-tiers accounts is a plus
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with your own styles - ability to build relationships with literally anyone. High energy, passionate and always be having the hustling mentality
- Strong desire in working in a start-up environment and comfortable with always be evolving sales processes
- Excellent internal and external communication, organizational, and time management skills
