**Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)**
**Base**:United States/ South Asia/ Europe
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop and Execute Sales Strategy**:
- Design and execute impactful sales strategies aligned with the company's business policies and revenue targets. This involves regular client visits, adept product sales, order processing, and meticulous payment collection, all aimed at surpassing regional revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth.
2. **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned region.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for key account expansion.
3. **Sales Targets**:
- Drive individual sales performance to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the region.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
5. **Customer Support**:
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
6. **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives.
7. **Collaboration with Marketing**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Provide input on marketing materials and activities to support regional sales efforts.
8. **Travel**:
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed to meet with key clients and support regional sales efforts.
**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:
- Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2. **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of successful sales experience, with a preference for expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a strong ability to thrive under pressure, embrace challenges in exploring new business opportunities. The capability to navigate demanding situations and a proactive approach to pioneering novel ventures is highly valued.
3. **Leadership Skills**:
- Demonstrated leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
4. **Industry Knowledge**:
- Solid understanding of NGS technologies, genomics, and the broader life sciences market.
5. **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively convey value propositions and technical information to a diverse audience.
6. **Analytical Skills**:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.
7. **Customer Focus**:
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the region.
Pay: From $3,653.88 per month
