We are looking to grow our Business Development & Sales team to drive sales and revenue in the APAC with an emphasis on Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who has managed complex alliance relationships, carried quotas, and understood how to work with people at all levels and navigate within the Singaporean Maritime ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for acquiring new Shipping companies to join Cydome's clientele in your region, in addition to the overall satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth of our annual subscription customers. You will also be accountable for the regional planned performance, quota attainment, and other KPIs according to the plan. In this position, you will be responsible for direct sales and channel-based sales.

You will be responsible for building our network and expanding our influence within the industry. Responsibilities include implementing the business development plan and activities including prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development, events and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Create and drive partner alignment, channel-based sales, and direct sales.
- Drive sales pipeline, new leads, and revenue growth.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a deal, from early engagement with customers to closing
- Partner with our marketing team to help drive lead generation in your region
- Manage remote communication with the company headquarters.

**Skills & Experience**
- Track record (5+ years) in sales to the Maritime ecosystem.
- Knowledge and experience in the Maritime communication / IT / cyber industry.
- Experience in cyber security solutions is a plus.
- Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker, and creative problem solver.
- Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to demonstrate the product in depth.
- A self-driven attitude is critical.
- Managing partners and distributors.
