Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience building go-to-market channels in Partner Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- 5 years of experience working with messaging channels, omnichannel platforms, or relatable experience in influencing Marketers and Media Agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with success in partner development.
- Understanding of complex sales processes while engaging with stakeholders ranging from developers/sales to c-level executives.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, driving projects to completion with mínimal guidance.
- Experience managing sell-with and sell-thru partnerships in early stages of product development and mature product scaling.
- Ability to meet or exceed objectives and generate new business via sell-with/sell-thru partnerships.
- Ability to work with diverse, remote teams to set priorities, focus on details, and motivate internal and external resources to deliver agreed-upon goals.
**About the job**:
As a Regional Partnerships Manager, you will own relationships with partners and maintain c-level sponsors. You will lead and facilitate QBRs, joint executive alignment, and overall leadership engagement. You'll facilitate webinars, workshops, and trainings with partners to help them succeed and reach their full potential.
In this role, you'll manage day-to-day relationships, including establishing an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, and addressing business and operational issues. You will develop product expertise and collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to inform Google product roadmap strategy. You will help develop training materials, collateral, and other programs to support partner success.
Additionally, you'll enable and work closely with local Google Ads sales teams (for both large and SMB clients), our ad agency partners and the Google Ads teams supporting them, and our Google Business Messages partners and the GBM Business Development teams supporting them.
You will develop product expertise on both Google’s messaging ads products and on our underlying Google Business Messages service. You will be asked to collect and synthesize client feedback to help inform Google product strategy and feature roadmaps.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and grow brand channel relationships including evaluating and recruiting partners, discussing key commercial agreements, and driving joint sales success.
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal Google teams including Sales, Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs.
