You will report to the Vice President HR Business Performance Optimization and help lead project, tracks, tasks related to HR systems, project delivery work and other HR BPO tasks as assigned. This includes (but not limited to) working with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of all HR technological projects, testing, leading implementation tracks, updating of all project documentations and participation in discussions.
You will be also responsible for the Daily HR Operations in the HRIS system to support automated process including operational processes (workflows), systems data exchanges and supports Payroll processes globally.
- Work closely all DFS HR functions for global divisions.
- Operate and maintain HR modules of the HR system
- Lead the HRIS team to identify and gather client requirements, provide recommendations on HRIS solutions and data strategies, and manage vendor selection activities.
- Partner with HRIS solution implementation provider and IT team, ensuring they are delivered within agreed scope, budgets, and timescales.
- Provide strong leadership and management - recruit, train, coach, mentor the HRIS team members.
- Provide guidance and coaching to users of the system to ensure maximizing the usage of the new system. Manage and administer HR systems such as Kronos & SACOMM
- Liaise with IT team, vendors, and all stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented according to requirements, objectives and within stipulated timelines.
- Participate in process improvement.
- Perform data extraction and preparation, data cleansing and other systems related work
- Drafting, creation and updating of project documentations.
- Preparation of training documents & delivery of training to users, any other communications
- Troubleshooting of issues raised and addressing concerns raised, proposing solutions or provide workarounds to overcome issues
- Tracking and ensure follow up on all project discussion and action items
- Participate in all system testing, i.e. Legal change patches, UAT.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years of HRIS or project management experience
- SAP / SuccessFactor certification preferred but not a must
- CAPM or PMP certifications a plus but not a must
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels
- Deliver under pressure and deliver within timelines
- Meticulous and accurate
- Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions with can-do attitude
