**The role**
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts via various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s services and target market to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential client.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
**Key competencies required**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of B2B experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Commercially savvy and excellent communicator.
- Enjoys start up culture and upfront with ideas / feedback
- Driven and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team in achieving the business goal as a group.
