
Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive individual sales and revenue growth through new client acquisition, contract renewals, and business expansion.
- Develop and customize paid media solutions aligned with the Marketing Funnel and Sales Process to optimize client engagement and conversions.
- Generate leads via cold outreach, craft media plans, and create campaign proposals
- Pitch and sell ad solutions, collaborating with brands, agencies, and KOL managers.
- Confidently present and build strong client relationships while actively participating in networking opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to execute successful sales campaigns.
- Maintain timely and accurate updates of sales reports
- Support management with sales pitches, reporting, and key client/agency relationships
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience in a similar industry with a proven track record
- Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry
- Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior-level executives and decision makers
