Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive individual sales and revenue growth through new client acquisition, contract renewals, and business expansion.
  • Develop and customize paid media solutions aligned with the Marketing Funnel and Sales Process to optimize client engagement and conversions.
  • Generate leads via cold outreach, craft media plans, and create campaign proposals
  • Pitch and sell ad solutions, collaborating with brands, agencies, and KOL managers.
  • Confidently present and build strong client relationships while actively participating in networking opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to execute successful sales campaigns.
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates of sales reports
  • Support management with sales pitches, reporting, and key client/agency relationships

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience in a similar industry with a proven track record
  • Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry
  • Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior-level executives and decision makers
