Business Development Executive

The Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network, supporting new centres, and exploring strategic growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Eye Level's mission while developing your professional expertise in business development and franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Development: Generate and qualify leads, conduct franchise interviews, and prepare proposals to acquire new franchise contracts.
- Centre Launch Support: Assist new franchisees in renovation planning, grand opening coordination, and operational setup.
- Operational Support: Provide training for Centre Managers, monitor centre performance, and prepare monthly KPI and performance reports.
- New Business Exploration: Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of new business channels and growth initiatives.
- Cross-Company Collaboration: Contribute to company-wide events, campaigns, and initiatives involving multiple departments.
- Marketing & Outreach: Participate in expos, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2 years or more of experience in business development, franchise operations, or client-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- A professional, collaborative attitude and genuine passion for the education sector
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- A willingness to take ownership of projects and contribute innovative ideas to drive growth
