**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that lead to increased sales revenue and customer acquisition
- Work with other departments such as operations to ensure smooth execution of events
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to offer innovative solutions and services
- Source and manage vendors to provide support for events
- Monitor sales volume and revenue on a monthly basis and take corrective actions if required
- Conduct user surveys to gather customer feedback and understand their needs and wants
- Promote event space through various platforms such as Instagram to reach out to potential customers
- Engage and grow online audience through various platforms to increase brand awareness
- Handle sales enquiries and support work such as booking of schedules, quotations, and invoicing
- Prepare and upsell venue rental packages and provide pricing options to negotiate with clients
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively communicate with customers
- A team player who can work with mínimal supervision to achieve sales targets
- A diploma/bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of experience in handling B2B/B2C events
- Ability to build networks and relationships with associations and potential clients to support sales efforts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
