Account Director, Global Partnerships

**About This Role**
Based in Singapore, Coda’s Account Director, Global Partnerships - APAC who is focused on leading the identification, sourcing, execution and sustained growth of Revenue Partnerships with the largest digital content and service providers in the APAC region in accordance with the company's overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive new partnerships and/or the expansion of revenue from existing partnerships via the identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, engineering, and legal teams to assist with cross-selling opportunities for both new and existing partners.
- Lead development of sales pitches and presentations to key external decision-makers and prospects while sharing best practices for successful pitching and deal negotiation strategies.
- Build deep trusted relationships with Coda’s partners by establishing mutual goals, strategies, and objectives, ensuring delivery against Joint Business Plans and building awareness and C-Level support with our partners for the strategic benefits of the alliance.
- Monitor partner engagements and execute MBRs/QBRs to assess the sales impact of the Coda solution(s) deployed and the overall success of the alliance.
- Monitor competitor activity in accounts and implement strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
- Provide for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
- Build and maintain opportunity pipelines and report on sales progress/velocity in CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in a consultative and/or solution sales based environment; knowledge of mobile gaming, digital content monetization or e-commerce required.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customer relationships with a successful track record of achieving/ exceeding individual sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/client feedback and present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences.
- Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style and an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations.
- Highly motivated sales hunter, entrepreneurial and eager to contribute to a high-growth business.
