**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing, negotiating, and gathering quotations from service providers
- Managing routine & preventive maintenance inclusive of work schedules for effective execution
- Liaising well with all service providers for Breakdowns, Preventive Maintenance, M&E Systems, Landscaping, ACMV, EMS, FM 200, FSM, EMS, Security Systems, Protection Systems, and Doors
- Conduct routine site walks
- Attending to any feedback or queries on breakdowns/ defects and ensuring rectification works are carried out well.
- Oversee & Coordinate facility repair works ensuring it complies with standard terms
- Record-Keeping of invoices, service reports, and site inspections into Click
- Assist to prepare year-end accruals
- Manage purchase control to ensure budgetary compliance
- Work closely with IT ti ensure monitor arm, pedestal, task lights are available for staff onboarding and work with pantry team on cleaning of workstation
- Coordinate & participate in a fire drill exercise
- Create PO or GRN for all purchases
- Verify all invoices received for finance and upload in SAP System
- Coordinate all A&A works with the FM team and Vendors
- Liaising with movers for internal & external move
- Attending/ Coordinating with all logístical arrangement requests
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities management, preferably with M&E certification
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to communicate with the team
- Physically fit and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication and strong follow-up skills
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Able to work outside office hours if required.
- Knowledge of SAP and technical background Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
