**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated Facilities Executive to oversee our facilities maintenance and lead a team. As a Facilities Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for our staff and visitors.

**Primary Objectives of the Position**:
You will be responsible for the maintenance of our facilities and lead a team of cleaners and facilities technicians. Your proactive approach will ensure that all projects and maintenance activities within our premises are carried out efficiently and effectively.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine building and facilities maintenance, with a focus on air conditioning servicing.
- Lead and manage a team of cleaners and facilities technicians, overseeing service requests, cleaning operations, and worker duty schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure prompt execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc repair and maintenance tasks, including ordering of parts.
- Maintain and manage Engineering inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of necessary materials.
- Take charge of preventive and breakdown maintenance for various facilities and equipment, collaborating with vendors for specialized systems.
- Collaborate closely with specialists and technicians to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing facilities and equipment.

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
- Effective communication skills and a strong team player.
- Willing to work after office hours on weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report maintenance activities and provide updates to the Engineering Manager.

Other Info:

- Frequent Shuttle bus schedule from/to Lakeside MRT and Buroh Lane
- Working days is from Monday - Friday, 8:30pm - 5:30pm
