**Key responsibilities**:
Market Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial and Business Aviation market sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning across the Asia region.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand the company's market share.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, business jet operators, MRO providers, and OEMs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions tailored to their operational and business needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across the region.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms while managing risks.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with corporate goals.
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership review.
- Identify and prioritize key market segments and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and support client satisfaction.
- Support the successful delivery of projects and services in collaboration with operations.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Commercial and Business Aviation market.
- Strong network and relationships with aviation operators, OEMs, and key stakeholders across Asia.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and regulatory environments within the aviation sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the Asia region.
