**About the Role**: The role will be responsible for:

- **Managing Existing Accounts**: Develop and enhance revenue streams from current clients while maintaining strong relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
- **Sales Operations**: Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare RFQs, review tenders, and ensure timely follow-up on customer communications.
- **Meeting Targets**: Strive to exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall gross profit of the company.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales visits, and progress in our CRM system.
- **Negotiation**: Collaborate with agents to negotiate rates and maximize profit margins.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to ensure seamless execution of quotes and shipments.

**Skills & Experience Required**: To excel in this role, you should have:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Proven ability to independently manage and strategically develop sales pipelines to meet targets.
- **Hunting Mindset**: A strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Focus**: Understanding customer expectations and delivering compelling value propositions.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments and at various levels of the organization.
