As a **Guest Service Ambassador**for our **Pacific Club lounge**, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, all while maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction.

**Our Expectations**:

- Assist in setting up and maintaining the Pacific Club during breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours.
- Ensure that all foods and drinks are properly served while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Support in maintaining Pacific Club's cleanliness and organization.
- Report any issues with lounge fixtures or equipment and follow up as necessary.
- Help manage the requisition and stocking of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures.
- Handle guest feedback and requests with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain awareness of daily VIP and lobby movements.
- Support guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and processing payments. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-ins.
- Assist with designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Support the Club Manager and team members as required.
