**Responsibilities**:

- Implement company strategies and collaborate closely with management to achieve designated sales targets for both wholesale and retail channels.
- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of our wholesale, departmental, and own retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute channel sales promotions, events, and fairs to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Establish and foster positive relationships with buyers and other support department colleagues to enhance collaboration and business outcomes.
- Keep management informed about market competition, demand trends, and any relevant changes that could impact sales performance.
- Guide and update visual merchandising displays in accordance with HQ guidelines to create an attractive shopping experience.
- Organize store and counter operations, delegating responsibilities to personnel effectively.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of retail staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and optimize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, employee performance, and other relevant data, preparing regular reports for management.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically, safeguarding the brand reputation.
- Inspect store and counter areas regularly, promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
- Plan and oversee in-store and counter promotional events or displays to attract customers and boost sales.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new retail staff as needed.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of working experience as a sales retail professional, preferably in the retail industry with experience in both wholesale and retail settings.
- Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, responsibly, and self-motivated, with excellent multitasking skills, even under pressure.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends, if required, to meet business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with local and regional teams.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and best practices.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
